摘要
目的:讨论以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)联合以病例为基础的教学模式(CBL)在ICU实习护士带教中的运用效果。方法:选择2020年36名ICU实习护士为观察组,培训教学模式为PBL结合CBL;以2019年34名ICU实习护士为对照组,运用一对一跟班制带教。比较两组实习护士的理论、操作以及临床工作能力的考核成绩。结果:观察组实习护士的临床能力得分与操作得分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组实习护士理论得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PBL联合CBL教学模式提高了ICU实习护士的操作能力与临床能力。
Objective:This paper discusses the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the teaching of ICU interns.Methods:36 ICU interns in 2020 were selected into the observation group with the training mode of PBL combined with CBL;and 34 ICU interns in 2019 were selected into the control group with one-to-one shift teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge,practical and clinical ability of the two groups were compared.Results:the scores of clinical and practical ability in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in theoretical scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can improve the practical and clinical ability of ICU interns.
