摘要
为确定废植物油再生剂的掺量及再生时间,以废大豆油作为再生剂,选取掺量为5.0%、6.0%、7.0%的再生剂和20 min、40 min、60 min的再生时间制备再生老化沥青。采用沥青针入度、延度、软化点等试验检测再生式再生老化沥青物理性能指标;四组分试验分析再生式老化沥青各组分含量;通过傅里叶红外光谱仪探究废植物油不同掺量及时间对老化沥青官能团的影响;利用原子力显微镜对比再生老化沥青的微观形貌变化;通过建模分析宏观和微观指标的联系。研究结果表明:废植物油掺量为7%,再生时间为60 min时再生效果最好;不同废植物油掺量及时间下,再生老化沥青宏观指标对微观特征组成的影响关联性从大到小依次是针入度>黏度>软化点>延度。
In order to determine the dosage and regeneration time of waste vegetable oil regeneration agent, waste soybean oil is used as the regeneration agent in this study. The dosage of 5.0 %, 6.0 %, and 7.0 % regeneration agent and the regeneration time of 20 min, 40 min, and 60 min are selected to prepare aged asphalt. The physical performance indexes of recycled aged asphalt are detected by penetration test, ductility test and softening point test;four component experiment is carried out to analyze the content of each component of recycled aging asphalt;the effects of different dosage and time of waste vegetable oil on the functional groups of aged asphalt are investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer;atomic force microscope is used to compare the micro-structure changes of recycled aged asphalt;and the connection between macro and micro indicators is analyzed through modeling. The results show that the regeneration effect is the best when the waste vegetable oil content is 7% and the regeneration time is 60 min. Under different waste vegetable oil content and time, the correlation between the macroscopic indexes of recycled aging asphalt and the microscopic characteristics is: penetration > viscosity > softening point > ductility.
