水性不饱和聚酯树脂改性乳化沥青坑槽黏结料 被引量:3

Study of Waterborne Unsaturated Polyester Resin Modified Emulsified Asphalt Used as Pothole Binder

摘要 路面的坑槽病害对行车安全造成极大威胁,因此坑槽修补在路面养护工程中十分重要。在坑槽冷补法修补中,黏结料的性能对坑槽修补效果具有重要影响。将黏结性能优异的不饱和聚酯树脂(UP)制备成乳液并改性乳化沥青,通过荧光显微测试方法确定制备水性UP乳化沥青黏结料的最佳工艺和参数,再通过储存稳定性试验和拉拔试验等获得黏结料的最佳配方,最后利用黏度试验、热重分析技术等对黏结料的性能进行综合评价。结果表明:水性UP乳液的最佳制备工艺是在3 000 r/min的高速剪切机中剪切20 min,最佳配方为水性UP乳液∶阴离子乳化沥青∶马来酸酐∶过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)∶N,N二甲基苯胺(DMA)=3∶7∶0.03∶0.075∶0.037 5。在最佳工艺和配方下制备的黏结料具有良好的热稳定性和耐久性,其黏度增长速率随温度升高而加快。 The pothole disease on the road surface poses a great threat to driving safety, so the pothole repair plays a very important role in the pavement maintenance. In cold patching of potholes, the performance of the binder has an important influence on the repair effect of the pothole. In this paper, the unsaturated polyester resin with excellent bonding properties is prepared into emulsion and is applied to modify emulsified asphalt.The optimal process and parameters of preparing waterborne UP emulsified asphalt binder are determined by fluorescence microscopic test method, and the optimal formula of binder is obtained by storage stability test and pull-out test. Finally, viscosity test and thermogravimetric analysis are carried out to comprehensively evaluate the properties of the binder. The results show that the best preparation parameters of waterborne UP emulsion is sheared at a speed of 3000 rpm in the high-speed shear machine for 20 min, and the best formula is as follows: waterborne UP emulsion∶anionic emulsified asphalt∶maleic anhydride∶Benzoyl peroxide(BPO)∶N,N-Dimethylaniline(DMA)=3∶7∶0.03∶0.075∶0.037 5. The binder prepared under the best process and formula has good thermal stability and durability, and its viscosity growth rate accelerates with the increase of temperature.
