抗滑雾封层开发及性能验证

Development and Performance Verification of Anti-skid Mist Seal

摘要 为解决传统抗滑雾封层渗透黏结性能较差、耐久性不足等问题,研究了各组分材料及比例对环氧乳化沥青渗透和黏结性能的影响规律,开发了水性环氧乳化沥青雾封胶结料;采用正交试验研究了抗滑颗粒的类型、级配以及掺量对雾封层抗滑性能的影响,提出了最佳抗滑颗粒类型、级配及掺量。研究表明:开发的水性环氧乳化沥青雾封胶结料FSCM渗透速率可达1.29 cm/min,为某雾封层常用沥青胶结料的3.69倍,为SBS改性乳化沥青胶结料的8.06倍。对于AC-13混合料路面,与BE-4型乳化沥青胶结料、SBS改性乳化沥青胶结料、某雾封层常用沥青胶结料相比,FSCM的黏结抗剪强度分别提高了15.2%、8.6%、4.1%;对于SMA-13混合料路面,分别提高了29.0%、14.3%、8.1%;对于水泥混凝土路面,分别提高了20.7-%、16.7%、6.1%。对于不同类型的路面,经磨耗后FSCM抗滑雾封层试件的BPN衰减率及质量损失率均低于其他雾封层胶结料。 In order to solve the problems of poor penetration and bonding performance and insufficient durability of the traditional anti-skid mist seal layer, the influence of each component material and ratio on the penetration and bonding properties of epoxy emulsified asphalt is studied, and the water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt spray cement binder is developed.The effects of the type, gradation and content of anti-slip particles on the anti-slip properties of the mist seal layer are studied by orthogonal experiments, and the optimal type, gradation and content of anti-slip particles are proposed.The research shows that the penetration rate of the developed water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt mist sealant can reach 1.29 cm/min, which is 3.69 times that of the commonly used asphalt binder for mist seals(major brand mist seal materials),and is 8.06 times that of SBS modified emulsified asphalt binder materials.For AC-13 mixture pavement, compared with BE-4 type emulsified asphalt binder, SBS modified emulsified asphalt binder, and asphalt binder commonly used for mist sealing layer, the bond shear strength of FSCM is increased by 15.2% and 8.6% and 4.1% respectively;for SMA-13 mixture pavement, the increase is 29.0%,14.3% and 8.1%;for cement concrete pavement, the increase is 20.7%,16.7% and 6.1% respectively.For different types of pavements, the BPN decay rate and mass loss rate of the FSCM anti-slip mist seal specimens after wear are lower than those of other mist seal binders.
