摘要
目的 研究灵芝子实体标志性成分——多糖肽和灵芝酸,旨在研究制备活性物质工艺,建立专属性强的分析方法,为提升灵芝质量标准提供参考。方法 采用中空纤维膜分离技术,截留不同分子量组分,再通过色谱法分离纯化得到标志性成分并验证其药理活性。结果 灵芝水提液通过膜分离技术和制备液相可同时得到灵芝多糖肽组分和灵芝酸单体,并作为衡量灵芝子实体质量的标准物质。药理实验表明,灵芝多糖肽具有免疫激活作用和灵芝酸具有抗炎活性。结论 用灵芝活性组分多糖肽和灵芝酸标识灵芝质量,为育种栽培、灵芝提取物生产工艺及产品质量控制提供理论依据。
Objective To study the marker components polysaccharide peptide(PP) and ganoderic acid(GA) of Ganoderma lucidum(G.lucidum) fruiting body,and their preparation process,and to establish a specific analytical method,which provides reference for improving the quality standard of G.lucidum.Methods Hollow fiber membrane separation technology was used to abtain different molecular weight components,and then separated and purified by chromatography to obtain PP and GA,as well as verified their pharmacological activities.Results G.lucidum water extract could simultaneously obtain PP component and GA monomer through membrane separation technology and liquid phase preparation,which can be used as standard materials for measuring the quality of G.lucidum fruiting bodies.Pharmacological experiments showed that PP had immune activation effect and GA had anti-inflammatory activity.Conclusion G.lucidum active components PP and GA are used to identify the quality of G.lucidum,which provides the theoretical basis for breeding cultivation,extract production technology and product quality control.
