蜈蚣败毒饮治疗寻常型银屑病血热内蕴证临床疗效及对外周血IL-6、IL-17的影响

Centipede Baidu Decoction in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Blood Heat Retention Syndrome: Clinical Efficacy and Peripheral Blood IL-6 and IL-17 Effects

目的 探讨蜈蚣败毒饮治疗寻常型银屑病血热内蕴证患者的临床疗效及对外周血白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的影响。方法 将80例寻常型银屑病血热内蕴证患者随机分为对照组40例、治疗组40例。对照组口服复方青黛胶囊,治疗组口服蜈蚣败毒饮。治疗8周后观察两组患者治疗前后皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI评分),同时采用ELISA法检测患者外周血IL-6、IL-17的水平。结果 治疗组治疗后PASI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组显效率为78.4%,优于对照组的57.9%(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-6、IL-17含量均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组血清炎症水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 蜈蚣败毒饮能有效缓解寻常型银屑病血热内蕴证患者的症状,降低PASI评分及血清IL-6、IL-17水平,临床疗效确切,安全性良好。

Objective to investigate the centipede baidu drink in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in patients with blood heat syndrome of clinical efficacy and peripheral blood interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17).Methods Eighty patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat retention syndrome were randomly divided into a control group(n= 40) and a treatment group(n= 40).The control group was orally administrated with compound indigo naturalis capsule,and the treatment group was orally administrated with centipede Baidu Decoction.Eight weeks after treatment,the area and severity index(PASI) of skin lesions in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the patients were detected by ELISA.Results After treatment,PASI score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P< 0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 78.4%,which was superior to 57.9% of the control group(P< 0.05).IL-6 and IL-17 contents in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum inflammation level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Centipede Baidu Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat retention syndrome,and reduce the PASI score and serum IL-6,IL-17 levels.It has exact clinical effect and good safety.
