基于整体观念论辨证微观化的发展

Development of Syndrome Differentiation Microcosmize Based on Holism

当前微观辨证研究蔚然成风,却存在难以指导临床及实现研究成果转化的问题。文章通过阐释微观辨证与辨证微观化的关系,梳理当前辨证微观化研究现状及局限,提出对中医整体观念重视不足是限制微观辨证及辨证微观化发展的关键。指出整体观念是中医科研的核心思维,重视局部与整体统一、宏观与微观相结合、多指标合参的原则将有助于构建符合中医思维的辨证微观化体系。

At present,the research on micro indicators has become a trend,but it is difficult to guide clinical and realize the transformation of research results.By explaining the relationship between the micro syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation microcosmize,this paper summarizes the current research status and limitations of the microscopic syndrome differentiation,and puts forward the ideas that,lack of attention to the holistic concept in traditional Chinese medicine is the key impeding to the development of the micro syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation microcosmize.Therefore,this paper pointed out that,development of the syndrome differentiation microcosmize should follow the holism,and attach great importance to the principles of unity of partial and whole,combination of macro and micro,and combination of multiple indexes.This will help to construct the dialectical microscopic system in accordance with TCM thinking.
