摘要
2020年突发的全球疫情,加速了高等教育向“线上”延伸的推进。特别是管理应用类课程,急需进行混合教学改革。基于OBE理念,结合智慧教学工具雨课堂及开放教育资源,构建组织行为学的“线上+线下”混合教学设计框架,并且阐述具体的混合式教学实践内容。此课程的混合教学改革,不但可以促进学生理论知识的应用,也可以有效提升学生的专业能力和综合素养。对于后疫情时代的应用类课程进行混合式教学,该文可提供借鉴意义。
The sudden global epidemic in 2020 has accelerated the extension of higher education to"online".Especially for management application courses,it is urgent to carry out blended learning reform.Based on the OBE concept,combined with the intelligent teaching tool"rain classroom"and open education resources,this paper constructs the"online+offline"blended learning design framework of organizational behavior,and expounds the specific blended learning practice content.The blended learning reform of this course not only promotes the application of students'theoretical knowledge,but also effectively improves students'professional ability and comprehensive quality.This paper can provide reference for the blended learning of applied courses in the post-epidemic era.
