提质增效视域下“三困生”资助育人体系构建与实践

中国教育正处于最好的发展时期,高等教育也进入全面提质增效的新时代,由高速发展转向高质量发展。高校家庭经济困难大学生资助工作是精准资助在高等教育领域中的重要体现,既是教育扶贫的重点之一,也是高校做好各项学生工作的基石。高校资助最终目的是育人,从而促进教育事业的和谐发展。在提质增效视域下,该文以高校“三困生”群体为切入点,深入探索资助育人实践,构建“三困生”资助育人体系,助力于解决“三困生”群体的转化与育人问题。

Chinese education is now in its prime stage,and higher education in the country has entered a new era of comprehensively enhancing quality and effect,shifting from high-speed development to high-quality development.The effort to provide financial assistance for college students from families with economic difficulty is an important embodiment of the targeted assistance policy in the field of higher education.It is not only a priority task of poverty alleviation through education,but also the foundation for colleges and students to advance all kinds of student work.The ultimate goal of providing financial assistance for college students is to foster talent and then accelerate the harmonious development of education.From the perspective of increasing the quality and effect of education,this paper conducts in-depth exploration of the practice of assistance and education for difficult students and the building of a system for helping and educating"students with three difficulties"(namely,difficulty in family income,difficulty in learning,and psychological difficulty),so as to solve problems in the transformation and education of the group known as"students with three difficulties."
