传承护理职业精神提升护理文化自信——护理学基础课程思政建设探索

以传承护理职业精神,提升护理文化自信的护理学基础课程思政教育为契入点,探索思想政治教育与护理学基础课程教学相结合,找准切入点,抓住着力点,把思想政治教育贯穿于护理专业课程学习始终,真正落实好立德树人的根本任务。从培育课程思政教学理念、梳理与教学案例相关的经典理论与文献、嵌入课程思政元素和构建“以学生为中心”的教学改革模式等方面研究阐述,真正做到培养学生岗位适应能力、文化素质和职业道德的素质要求,提升护理专业的文化自信。

Based on the ideological and political education of the course of Fundamentals of Nursing which inherits the professional spirit of nursing and improves the confidence of nursing culture,this paper explores the combination of ideological and political education and the course teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing,finds out the breakthrough point,holds the focus point,runs the ideological and political education throughout the course learning of nursing major,and truly implements the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.This paper studies and expounds the cultivation of the teaching concept of"curriculum ideological and political education",combing the classical theories and documents related to teaching cases,embedding the ideological and political elements of courses,and constructing the teaching reform mode of"student-centered",so as to truly achieve the quality requirements of cultivating students'post adaptability,cultural quality and professional ethics,and improve the cultural confidence of nursing specialty.
