我国城市群农业生态效率的测度及影响因素研究——基于19个城市群33个主要城市的面板数据 被引量:1

摘要 运用1998—2020年的数据和非期望产出的超效率SBM模型测算我国19个城市群33个主要城市的农业生态效率,在此基础上采用面板模型估计和灰色关联度分析法探究城市群农业生态效率的影响因素。结果显示,①城市群农业生态效率总体呈上升趋势,且区域差异明显。②农业生产能力(对数平方)、农业机械密度、工业化水平、城市化水平和制度因素(农地确权)对农业生态效率呈正向影响;财政支农力度、农业生产能力(对数)和农业市场化程度对农业生态效率呈负向影响,农业生产能力与之存在“U”型曲线关系。③上述7类影响因素在不同时期、不同城市群的影响程度差异较大,具有横向差异明显、纵向波动较大的特点。我国城市群区域差异明显,城市群之间紧密性不足且缺乏科技创新力度,需要在加强区域协调合作、要素流动汇聚和农业科技创新等方面进一步提升城市群农业生态效率。 This paper uses the data from 1998 to 2020 and the super-efficiency SBM model of unexpected output to calculate the agricultural ecological efficiency of 33 major cities in 19 urban agglomerations in China.On this basis,it uses panel model estimation and grey correlation analysis to explore the influencing factors of agricultural ecological efficiency of urban agglomerations.The results show that:①The agricultural ecological efficiency of urban agglomeration shows an upward trend,and the regional differences are obvious.②Agricultural production capacity(log square),agricultural machinery density,industrialization level,urbanization level and institutional factors(confirmation of agricultural land rights)have a positive impact on agricultural ecological efficiency;financial support for agriculture,agricultural production capacity(logarithm)and the degree of agricultural marketization have a negative impact on agricultural ecological efficiency,and there is a"U"curve relationship between agricultural production capacity and it.③The influence degree of the above seven types of influencing factors varies greatly in different periods and different urban agglomerations,with obvious horizontal differences and large vertical fluctuations.China's urban agglomerations have obvious regional differences,lack of tightness between urban agglomerations and lack of scientific and technological innovation.It is necessary to further improve the agricultural ecological efficiency of urban agglomerations in terms of strengthening regional coordination and cooperation,factor flow and aggregation and agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
