花椒采摘机研究现状及发展趋势

由中国花椒产业调查分析报告可知,我国花椒种植近年来每年呈上升趋势,但制约花椒产业健康发展的主要原因是采摘效率低。我国花椒采摘主要以人工采摘为主,用工费用也逐年攀升,但花椒采摘机的使用率较低,该文主要针对花椒采摘机目前的研究设计做以简单的梳理,分析花椒采摘机国内外研究设计现状,重点分析现有花椒采摘机研究设计的不足之处,以及花椒采摘机研究设计将朝着智能化、一体化发展。

According to the survey and analysis report of China’s pepper industry, China’s pepper cultivation has shown an upward trend every year in recent years, but the main factor restricting the healthy development of the pepper industry is the low picking efficiency. China’s pepper picking is mainly based on manual picking, labor costs are also rising year by year, but the use rate of pepper picking machine is low. This paper mainly traces the current research design of pepper picking machine, analyzes the current research and design status, as well as domestic and foreign research design status, of pepper picking machine, focusing on the shortcomings of analysis of its research and design, and its development toward an intelligent, integrated direction.
