电商职业教育助力新型职业农民能力提升路径研究

新型职业农民是未来农村摆脱贫困、发展经济和振兴乡村的主力军,电子商务产业为农民增收致富提供了广阔空间,职业教育加强农村电商人才发掘,是实施数字乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。该文通过界定新型职业农民能力的内涵,分析当今农民职业能力的现状,厘清电商职业教育支持新型职业农民能力提升面临的困境和难题,提出具有针对性的对策,为新型职业农民能力提升提供精准的知识技能服务。

New type of professional farmers are the main force for rural areas to get rid of poverty, develop the economy and revitalize the countryside in the future. The e-commerce industry provides a broad space for farmers to increase their income and become rich. Vocational education, which is designed to strengthen the exploration of rural e-commerce talents,is an important starting point for the implementation of digital rural revitalization strategy. This paper defines the connotation of the new type of professional farmers’ ability, analyzes the current situation of farmers’ professional ability, clarifies the difficulties and problems facing e-commerce vocational education in supporting the improvement of the new type of professional farmers’ ability, and puts forward targeted countermeasures, so as to provide accurate knowledge and skill services for the improvement of the new professional farmers’ ability.
