摘要
在实现乡村振兴的进程中,西部边远山区村干部在治理能力方面存在的诸多不足日益显现。该文对西部边远山区村干部治理能力现存问题进行分析,探究造成这一现状的多重原因,提出通过加强培训、提高薪资待遇、优化基层建设及吸纳乡贤精英等方式,建立稳定的乡村干部队伍,进而提升村干部的治理能力。
In the process of rural revitalization, many deficiencies in the governance ability of village cadres in remote mountain areas in the West are increasingly apparent. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the governance ability of village cadres in the remote mountain areas in the west, explores the multiple reasons for this situation, and proposes to establish a stable team of village cadres and further improve the governance ability of village cadres by strengthening training, improving wages and benefits, optimizing grass-roots construction, and absorbing rural elites.
