清水河浮游植物群落结构及多样性研究

摘要 为探明清水河浮游植物的群落结构与分布格局,于2019年11月(平水期)、2020年4月(枯水期)、2020年7月(丰水期),对清水河的浮游植物种类、密度和生物量进行调查,在此基础上对浮游植物的种类组成及时空分布特征进行探究,同时运用聚类分析、多维尺度分析等数量生态学方法对清水河浮游植物的群落结构进行分析。结果表明,浮游植物种类、密度和生物量、分布依季节而异,高峰期出现在7月,低谷期出现在4月。Margalef指数为0.107~2.783,Shannon-Wiener指数为0.366~2.987,均匀度指数为0.722~1.001。综合评价清水河浮游植物群落结构较为稳定,水体处于中富营养化状态。 In order to find out the community structure and distribution pattern of phytoplankton community structure in Qingshui River,the species,density and biomass of phytoplankton in Qingshui River were investigated in November 2019(normal periods),April 2020(dry periods)and July 2020(wet periods).On this basis,the species composition and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of phytoplankton were investigated,and the community structure of Qingshui River phytoplankton was analyzed by cluster analysis,multidimensional scale analysis and other quantitative ecological methods.The results showed that the species,density,biomass and distribution of phytoplankton danced according to season.The peak appeared in July,the low in April.Margalef index was 0.107~2.783,Shannon-Wiener index was 0.366~2.987 and evenness index was 0.722~1.001.Comprehensive evaluation of phytoplankton community structure in Qingshui River is relatively stable.
