应用型本科高校新生心理健康状况调查——基于某高校大一新生SCL-90分析

Investigation on mental health status of freshmen in application-oriented university:Based on SCL-90 analysis of freshmen in a university

采用症状自评量表对福建某应用型本科高校2021级大一新生进行心理健康状况调查.施测后,运用T检验、Mann Whitney Test、卡方检验和Fisher′s Exact Test对结果进行分析.研究发现:学生整体心理状况良好;男生心理状况更优于女生,但有严重问题的男生症状更严重;总体阳性检出率(9.93%)低于同类研究结果;单项因子得分最高的前4项是强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑.建议大力推进心理咨询工作,加强对男生心理健康的关注和对阳性症状学生的跟踪调查,增强学生人际交往能力等,可有效帮助学生提高心理健康水平.

To investigate the mental health status of 2021 freshmen in an application-oriented university in Fujian,the paper conducted a survey by means of SCL-90 and analyzed the results with T Test,Mann Whitney Test,Chi-squared Test and Fisher′s Exact Test.The study found that the overall psychological status of the students was good;male students had a better psychological status than female ones,but those males with serious problems had moresevere symptoms;the overall positive detection rate(9.93%)was lower than the results of similar studies;the top four highest single factor scores were obsessive-compulsive symptoms,sensitivity of interpersonal relationships,depression and anxiety.It is suggested that vigorous promotion of psychological counselling,intensive attention to the mental health of male students and follow-up surveys of students with positive symptoms,enhancement of students′interpersonal skills,etc.can effectively help students improve their mental health.
