摘要
现阶段,多数大功率充电器的电池保护电路只有过充保护功能,针对这一缺陷并结合客户要求设计一种保护电路.给出构成框图和电路原理图,详细介绍主要元器件的作用和整机工作原理.经过调试和实测发现,该电路可监测充电电源输出电压和电流,先恒流充电,再恒压涓流充电,最终关闭充电电源,达到保护电池的目的.对该电路参数做适当调整,即可广泛应用于多种不同电压的充电电路中,具有推广价值.
At present, most of the battery protection circuits of highpower chargers only have the function of overcharge protection. A protection circuit was designed aiming at this defect and combining with customers′ requirements. The block diagram and circuit schematic diagram were given, and the function of main components and the operating principle of the whole machine were introduced in detail. After debugging and testing, it is found that the circuit can monitor the charging power output voltage and current, firstly charge at the constant current, then charge at the constant voltage and trickle, and finally turn off the charging power so as to achieve the purpose of battery protection. The circuit parameters can be adjusted appropriately for a wide range of charging circuits with different voltages, which is worthy of wide promotion.
