动态变化环境下领导者的“耐烦力”要求及其提升之道 被引量:1

摘要 领导者的“耐烦力”内涵有对于外部不确定性所引致的组织内部频繁变化的适应、对于外部不确定性所引致的下属认知频繁失准的引导、对于外部不确定性所引致的创新变革失败的理解、对于外部不确定性所引致的能力要求逐步提升的配合。领导者的强“耐烦力”可增加组织韧性、提升集体信心、夯实资源基础、开阔眼界思维。具体而言,领导者提升自我工作中的“耐烦力”,应将冷静建立于实力之上,向外部借力而加速内部突破,在实践参与中更具包容性,以领导力优化完成失准认知矫正。
