帷幕注浆工艺在鼎盛煤矿突水治理中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于鼎盛煤矿+800 m水平轨道运输大巷底板奥灰突水事故,此次研究从突水情况、突水水源和突水通道等多方面综合分析了其突水机理,并依据注浆改造结果,对治理效果和煤层开采可行性进行了评价。研究结果表明,此次突水事故的原因是奥陶系马家沟组灰岩岩溶裂隙承压水通过断裂带和封闭不良钻孔导通至上石炭统太原组煤系地层所致。通过井下帷幕注浆改造技术,封闭了切通马家沟组灰岩岩溶裂隙承压水和煤系地层的导水断层,在突水区段内形成了帷幕,取得了良好的工程效果。 Based on the Ordovician limestone water outburst accident of No.+800 m horizontal rail transport roadway in Dingsheng Mine, the water outburst mechanism was comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of water outburst situation,water outburst source and water outburst channel. And according to the grouting reconstruction results, the control effect and the feasibility of coal seam mining were evaluated. The research results showed that the reason for this water outburst accident was that the karst fissure confined water of Ordovician Majiagou Formation limestone communicates with the coal measures strata of Upper Carboniferous Taiyuan Formation through the fault zone and poor closed drilling holes. Through the underground curtain grouting reconstruction technology, the water diversion fault connecting the karst fissure confined water of Majiagou Formation limestone and the coal measures strata was closed, and the curtain was formed in the water outburst section, and good engineering effect was achieved.
