摘要
离层注浆作为一种新兴开采技术,近几年在我国各矿区得到了运用。该技术首先研究岩石层中的运动和变形定律,然后根据“拱梁平衡”理论寻找上覆岩石的分离位置。在上覆分离层中填充介质,如:砂石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、煤矸石等,以减少上覆地层的运动,从而实现控制与平稳地表的目标。关键层的判断对于注浆来说是至关重要的环节之一,本文将就离层注浆关键层的判断方法展开研究,进而为注浆充填参数设计提供理论依据。
As a new mining technology, separated layer grouting has been used in various mining areas of China in recent years. The laws of motion and deformation in the rock layer were firstly studied, and then the separation position of overlying rocks was found according to the theory of arch-beam balance. By filling medium in the upper separation layer, such as sand, fly ash, desulfurization gypsum, coal gangue, the movement of the upper separation layer could be reduced to achieve the goal of controlling and stabilizing the surface. The judgment of key layer was one of the most important links for grouting.The judgment method of key layer of separated layer grouting was studied in this paper and provided a theoretical basis for the design of grouting filling parameters.
