8203面采空区“三带”分布及防灭火技术应用

摘要 为防止采空区煤炭自燃,采用Comsol模拟泰山隆安煤矿8203工作面采空区散热带、升温带和窒息带“三带”分布规律。“三带”温度呈梯段式分布,根据模拟结果,在升温带采取注浆方案,注浆完成后对该区域的CO气体含量及温度进行测定分析。结果表明,采取注浆方案后,CO浓度下降至2.4 ppm,地面钻孔温度稳定在16℃左右,控制良好。 In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf, the distribution law of ’ three zones ’ of scattered tropical zone, heating zone and suffocation zone in goaf of No.8203 Face was simulated with Comsol. The temperature of ’three zones ’ was ladder-type distribution. According to the simulation results, the grouting scheme was adopted in the heating zone, and the CO gas content and temperature in this region were measured and analyzed after grouting. The results showed that after the grouting scheme was adopted, the CO concentration decreased to 2.4 ppm, and the ground drilling temperature was stable at about 16 ℃, with good control effect.
