通风立眼在胡底煤业的设计与应用研究

摘要 本文针对胡底煤业开拓大巷、采面煤巷顺槽、采面高抽巷、采面底抽巷等巷道存在立交现象、通风系统复杂的难题,分析了通风系统中存在的问题,提出采用通风立眼解决矿井采掘衔接、生产组织、通风系统等方面的问题,设计了3种情形下的通风立眼,并开展了现场工程应用。研究结果表明,通风立眼满足了矿井通风系统实际需求,减少了巷道施工的工程量,改善了作业环境,优化了矿井、采面的各个系统,带来了较大的经济效益。 In this paper, aiming at the problems of interchange phenomenon and complex ventilation system in the development roadway of Hudi Coal Industry, the gateway of mining face coal roadway, the high extraction roadway of mining face roadway of mining face and the bottom extraction roadway of mining face, the problems existing in the ventilation system are analyzed, and the ventilation vertical eye is proposed to solve the problems of mining-excavation connection,production organization and ventilation system in the mine. The ventilation vertical eye in three cases is designed, and the field engineering application is carried out. The results show that the ventilation vertical eye meets the actual demand of the mine ventilation system, reduces the engineering quantity of the roadway construction, improves the working environment,optimizes the various systems of the mine and the mining face, and brings great economic benefits.
