摘要
为了实现焦化废水的集约化管理和资源化利用,提高生化系统的处理效率,降低运行成本,本钢北营焦化厂以对辖属三个生产区废水处理系统升级改造为契机,采用“预处理+强化预处理+A-A-O生化处理+生物流化床+臭氧催化氧化+膜处理(超滤+反渗透)+浓水处理”的工艺串联,采取零稀释、零排放的运营模式,结合传统A-A-O工艺在运行中存在的问题,分别对预处理系统、生化系统、后混系统进行优化与改进,结果表明改造后的废水系统可以实现长期稳定运行的目标,为同行业其他单位提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
In order to realize the intensive management and resource utilization of coking wastewater,improve the treatment efficiency of biochemical system,and reduce the operation cost,the Beiying coking plant of Bensteel takes the opportunity of upgrading and reforming the wastewater treatment system of three production areas under its jurisdiction as the turning point,the process of“Pretreatment+enhanced pretreatment+A/A/O biochemical treatment+biological fluidized bed+ozone catalytic oxidation+membrane treatment(ultrafiltration+reverse Osmosis)+concentrated water treatment”was adopted in series,and the operation mode of zero dilution and zero emission was adopted,combined with the problems existing in the operation of the traditional A-A-O process,the pretreatment system,the biochemical system and the post-mixing system were optimized and improved respectively,for other units in the same industry to provide valuable reference experience.
