摘要
为了解决供热系统二级管网水力失调、冷热不均的问题,研究了一种融合信息技术、物联网技术与供热理论的二级管网单元智能平衡系统及调控策略。该系统由基于NB-IoT技术的单元智能阀、典型室温采集器及上位机等组成。以单元回水温度相对一致为调控目标,通过定周期、定步长的调节单元智能阀的开度来实现二级管网水力、热力平衡。单元智能平衡系统与热力站自控系统联动优化控制,实现循环泵变频调控。为了验证该系统及策略的有效性,在国能宁夏热力某小区供热系统进行了测试研究,对各单元回水温度、代表室内温度的均值及方差进行了分析,并对比了启用智能调控前后的耗热量及耗电量。结果表明,在应用智能平衡调控策略之后,系统水力失调、冷热不均现象得到了有效改善,同时,系统综合节热约16.3%,节电约17.4%。研究的智能单元平衡系统可以有效改善水力失调、冷热不均现象,降低供热系统热耗及电耗,可以为相似二级管网单元平衡调控提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of hydraulic imbalance and uneven cooling and heating in the secondary pipe network of the heating system, this paper studies an intelligent balance system and regulation strategy of the secondary pipe network unit integrating information technology, internet of things technology and heating theory.The system is composed of unit intelligent valve based on NB-IoT technology, typical indoor temperature collector and host computer.Taking the relatively consistent return water temperature of the unit as the control goal, the hydraulic and thermal balance of the secondary pipe network is realized by adjusting the opening of the unit intelligent valve with fixed period and step length.The unit intelligent balance system and the automatic control system of the heating station are linked and optimized to realize the frequency conversion regulation of the circulating pump.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system and strategy, the heating system in a residential area of Ningxia thermal power of Guoneng was tested.The mean and variance of return water temperature and representative indoor temperature of each unit, and the heat and power consumption before and after intelligent regulation were analyzed.The results show that after the application of intelligent balance control strategy, the hydraulic and thermal imbalance of the system was effectively improved.At the same time, the comprehensive heat saving of the system is about 16.3% and the power saving is about 17.4%.The intelligent unit balance system studied in this paper can effectively mitigate the phenomenon of hydraulic imbalance and heating uneveness, and reduce the heat and power consumption of the heating system.This study can provide a reference for the balance regulation of similar secondary pipe network units.
