轨道电路设备故障维护信息自存储及处理技术研究

摘要 轨道电路在我国轨道交通行业应用广泛,配套设备种类较多,在铁路现场的应用量很大,故障类型多,其运行期间的轨道状态、设备自身的运行状态等维护信息在故障分析时就显得尤为重要。并且随着设备的电子化,在日常维护中对设备维护人员的技术水平以及对系统了解程度的要求就越来越高。能够直观、简单的观测轨道及设备状态,对于设备生产厂家来说是节约人力成本的好方法。轨道电路设备故障维护信息自主化处理需求显得尤为重要,Flash存储器因其体积小、容量大、成本低、掉电数据不丢失等一系列优点成为嵌入式系统中主要数据和程序的载体。以故障维护信息存储和读取方式为例,详细介绍了故障维护信息自主化处理方法。 The track circuit is widely used in China’s rail transit industry,with many kinds of supporting equipment,large amount of application in the railway field,and many types of failures,it is very important to analyze the maintenance information such as the track state and the running state of the equipment during its operation.And with the electronic equipment,in the daily maintenance of equipment maintenance personnel’s technical level,the understanding of the system is more and more high.Being able to observe the orbit and the status of the equipment intuitively and simply is a good way to save the manpower cost for the equipment manufacturer.It is very important for track circuit equipment to deal with information autonomously.Flash memory has a series of advantages such as small volume,large capacity,low cost,no loss of power-off data,etc.,as the primary carrier of data and programs in the embedded system.Taking the maintenance information storage and reading mode as an example,this paper introduces the maintenance information autonomous processing method in detail.
