摘要
跨电压等级故障发生原因及过程分析极其复杂,尤其是中性点不接地系统与中性点接地系统间的短路。发生不同电压等级间的故障时,会对其低电压等级的电气设备造成严重损伤,继电保护切除故障后应尽快确认故障类型与故障相别,方便设备维护人员确认设备状态,查找并消除故障点。根据继电保护装置及故障录波器录波数据信息,可准确判断故障类型与故障相别,对故障点查找与缺陷消除有很大的指导作用。
The cause and process analysis of cross-voltage grade fault is very complex,especially the short circuit between neutral grounding system and neutral grounding system.When a fault occurs between different voltage levels,it will cause serious damage to the electrical equipment of low voltage levels.After the relay protection is removed from the fault,it should be confirmed as soon as possible that the fault type is different from the fault,so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to confirm the status of the equipment,find and eliminate the point of failure.According to the recorded data of relay protection device and fault recorder,the fault type can be accurately judged,and it is very instructive to find the fault point and eliminate the defect.
