摘要
主体意识、身份认同与话语权是编辑主体存在的构成元素。编辑话语权的形成和掌握以编辑主体意识觉醒为基础,以编辑身份认同实现为前提,而编辑话语权的行使和延展又是对主体意识与身份地位的彰显。然而,融媒时代的各种影响因素导致编辑主体意识“模糊”与身份认同“危机”,编辑话语权迁移和弱化,必须在新的变革环境下接受编辑客体的挑战,回归和提振编辑话语权:唤醒自我意识,把握编辑话语表达的主体性;强化文化自觉意识,增强编辑话语表达效果的引导力与影响力;激活创新意识,丰富编辑话语内容,拓宽话语表达渠道;树立服务意识,增强话语表达风格的生动性,实现话语表达方式多元化。同时,在制度赋权下稳固专业身份,从结构层面彰显话语威信;在个人提升中强化自我认同,从本体层面夯实话语地位;在“他人”交往中实现社会认同,从关系层面促进话语共谋,从而不断优化社会精神文化产品生产。
Subject consciousness,identity and discourse power are the constituent elements of the existence of editors,and its internal logic works according to the editing law in editing activities.The formation and mastery of editors’discourse power is based on the awakening of their subject consciousness and the realization of their identity,and the exercise and extension of editors’discourse power is the manifestation of the subject consciousness and identity status.However,various influencing factors in the era of converged media lead to the“fuzziness”of editors’subject consciousness and“crisis”of identity.Editors’discourse power is transferred and weakened.Therefore,editors must challenge the editing object under the new reform environment,regaining and boosting their discourse power.They should awaken their self-consciousness,grasping the subjectivity of editors’discourse expression.They should strengthen their cultural consciousness,enhancing the guidance and influence of editorial discourse expression.They should activate innovation consciousness,enriching the content of editorial discourse and broadening the channels of discourse expression.They should establish service awareness,enhancing the vividness of discourse expression style and realizing the diversification of discourse expression methods.At the same time,they should stabilize the professional identity under the institutional empowerment,highlighting the discourse prestige from the structural level;and also strengthen the self-identity in personal improvement and consolidate the discourse status from the ontological level.And they should realize the social identity in the“others”communication and promote discourse collusion from the relationship level,so as to continuously optimize the production of social spiritual and cultural products.
