摘要
为了使进近扇区的开合不过于依赖管制人员的个人经验,减少可能的空域资源浪费,基于航班计划时刻及运行规则设计了贴近实际运行且便于计算的进近扇区内飞机流量的实时预测方法,并以此指导制定扇区的开合策略。以大连周水子机场为例,验证了算法的有效性,并与真实运行数据进行对比。研究结果表明,所提方法预测精度在3 min以内,扇区开合方案可行,能够为实际运行提供参考。
In order to avoid the opening and closing of the approach sector from relying too much on the personal experience of the director and reduce the possible waste of airspace resources, a prediction method for the aircraft flow in the approach sector was designed on the basis of flight schedule and operating rule, which guides the formulation of the operating strategy of the sector. Taking Dalian Zhoushuizi airport as an example, the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified and compared with the real operation data. The results show that the accuracy of the prediction is within 3 minutes, and the sector operating scheme is feasible. This method can provide reference for the real operation.
