The Problem-Oriented Working Mechanism Research of Preventing Academic Misconduct of Postgraduates

分析了当前研究生学术不端行为的主要表现与类型,从问题集中显现的期刊发表环节层层倒推,梳理研究生学术不端行为防治过程,找出各个环节存在的主要问题与作用发挥不够的教育主体,并从形成教育合力、加强前期指导、重视过程管理、注重成果检查、落实追溯制度等方面探索具体措施,构建全员、全过程、全方位育人的研究生学术不端行为防范工作机制。

The main manifestations and types of academic misconduct of postgraduates are analyzed.From the publication link of periodicals with concentrated problems,the prevention process of postgraduate academic misconduct is sorted out.The main problems in each link and educational subjects with insufficient function are found.To construct the working mechanism of preventing academic misconduct of postgraduates in the all staff,whole process,all-round education,specific measures are explored from 5 aspects:forming educational synergy,strengthening early guidance,focusing on process management,attaching importance to results inspection,and implementing traceability system.
