摘要
通过对余氧仪测量氧气含量工作原理的探究,根据玻璃窑炉的使用环境要求,研制了新型高温型余氧仪,以解决烟气碱尘堵塞余氧仪传感器探头的问题,可长期稳定使用。依据余氧仪检测的余氧量,对玻璃生产工艺进行调整,使燃烧达到最佳状态,能耗降低,玻璃品质大幅提高。
A new type of residual oxygen detector which can work at high temperature is developed by investigating the working principle of oxygen detector and taking account of the high temperature atmosphere in glass furnace.The problem of blocking the probe sensor of residual oxygen detector by flue gas and alkali dust was settled.This detector can work stably for a long time.Based on the residual oxygen content measured by the residual oxygen detector,the glass production process can be adjusted in time to make the combustion reach its best state,so that the energy consumption is reduced,and the glass quality is greatly improved.
