摘要
为研究发酵中药对感染禽大肠杆菌病肉仔鸡肠道微生物区系的影响,选择270只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)白羽肉鸡,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只。对照组(D组)常规饲养,发酵中药组(PEG组)和抗生素组(K组)分别用致病性大肠杆菌O78造模并治疗。采用16S rRNA测序技术对微生物菌群特征进行分析。结果显示,由穿心莲、白头翁、败酱草、黄连等中药制备的发酵中药,治愈禽大肠杆菌病后的肠道微生物区系在菌群丰富度和多样性上与对照组无显著差异,且能够显著提高Akkermansia在肠道菌群中的比例。综上,发酵中药可调节肉鸡肠道微生物群落结构,提高有益菌群丰度,降低有害菌群丰度,调节物质运输和代谢,进而改善肠道菌群结构。
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of fermented traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal microflora of broilers with avian colibacillosis.270 healthy 1-day-old AA white-feathered broilers were divided into three groups,three replicates for each treatment and 30 broilers for each repetition.Broilers in the control group(D group)were routinely fed.The fermented traditional Chinese medicine group(PEG group)and the antibiotic group(K group)were modeled with E.coli O78 and treated.The samples were analyzed through 16S rRNA sequencing technology.The result showed that after treatment with the fermented traditional Chinese medicine composed of Andrographis herba,Pulsatillae Radix,Patrinia,Rhizoma Coptidis,etc,there was no significant difference in the richness and diversity of microflora with the control group,and the content of Akkermansia was significantly increased.The fermented traditional Chinese medicine can regulate intestinal microflora and substance transport and metabolism,increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria and inhibit harmful bacteria in broilers.
