生态公益林生态系统服务价值评估研究--以江西省为例

Evaluation of the Ecosystem Service Value on Ecological Forest in Jiangxi Province

基于江西省11个设区市50个县(市、区)的300个固定样地的布设及对资源环境和生态状况的调查,结合大岗山生态站部分监测结果与有关资料,计算江西省生态公益林生态系统服务价值,并从森林类型与地区差异展开分析,最后进行综合评价研究。结果显示:①江西省生态公益林生态系统服务价值总量为5278.46亿元;②林分类型中混交林价值量最大,单位面积的生态公益林生态系统服务价值量最高的是硬阔林;③江西省生态公益林生态系统服务价值总量与单位面积生态系统服务价值量存在地区发展不均衡问题。在此基础上探寻江西省生态公益林生态系统价值提升策略,提出了要加强对生态公益林建设的经营和指导,提高生态公益林生态系统服务能力,促进生态公益林可持续发展的对策建议。

The ecological public welfare forest has high ecological benefits and plays the dual role of maintaining the balance of ecological environment system structure and sustainable development.The ecological public welfare forest ecosystem has the service functions of providing the natural environment for human survival and giving play to the ecological and economic utility,and the total amount of ecosystem service value is large and the benefits are wide.Based on the 11 districts in Jiangxi province city 50 county(city,area)of 300 fixed sample layout of and survey of resources and environment and the ecological condition and the Forest Ecosystem Service Function Evaluation standard,this paper used the ecological service value of ecological forest in Jiangxi province to calculate and analyzed from the forest types and regional differences combining Dagang mountain ecological station part of the monitoring results and relevant data.It finally made a comprehensive evaluation study.Firstly,the total ecosystem service value of ecological forest in Jiangxi province was 527.846 billion yuan.Secondly,the value of mixed forest was the highest,while the value of ecosystem services per unit area of ecological forest was the highest.Thirdly,the total ecosystem service value and unit area ecosystem service value of public forest in Jiangxi province were unbalanced.Based on this,the strategies for improving the value of the ecological forest ecosystem were explored.On the one hand,we should strengthen the management and guidance of the construction of the ecological forest,and on the other hand,we should improve the ecological service capacity of the ecological forest,so as to promote the sustainable development of the ecological forest in Jiangxi Province.
