摘要
本文从林业碳汇相关概念入手,详细介绍了我国CCER林业碳汇项目的发展过程及现状、项目申报具体程序和要求,分析了当前CCER林业碳汇项目开发存在的问题,提出了开发CCER林业碳汇项目的路径和建议,旨在为林业碳汇项目开发提供参考。
In this paper,based on the related concepts of forestry carbon sink,a detailed introduction was made to the development and actualities of CCER forestry carbon sink projects in China and the specific procedures and requirements for the project application.An analysis was made on the existing problems in the current project development.Some paths and suggestions for developing CCER forestry carbon sink projects were put forward to provide reference for the project development.
