摘要
INTRODUCTION Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)of childhood is an acquired,immune-mediated,bleeding disorder charac-terized by an isolated platelet counts decreased without an identifed cause during childhood.1 The main pathogenesis is loss of immune tolerance,which leads to immune-mediated platelet destruction and/or suppression of platelet production.
