摘要
目的探究头颈部CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)患者接受不同流率对比剂推注方案检查,对患者图像清晰度、血管及周围结构对比度的影响。方法按数字表法对江苏省仪征市人民医院影像科2021年3—11月收治的72例行头颈部CTA检查的患者进行随机分组,36例以4.0 mL/s流率推注氯化钠溶液的患者纳入对照组,36例以5.5 m L/s流率推注氯化钠溶液的患者纳入观察组,对比两组患者CTA图像清晰度,评估患者血管及周围结构对比度差异,观察患者检查后不良反应情况。结果观察组患者CTA图像清晰度平均分为(4.52±0.11)分,和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血管和周围结构对比度为(4.26±0.23)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.029,P<0.05);观察组检查后出现药物渗出、注射部位疼痛、肾功能损伤患者共3例,发生率为8.33%,显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头颈部CTA检查患者经5.5 mL/s流率方案推注,能够有效提升患者图像质量,不会影响患者检查安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of contrast agent bolus injection with different flow rates on the image clarity,blood vessels and surrounding structures of patients with head and neck CT angiography(CTA).Methods 72 patients with head and neck CTA who were admitted to Department of Imaging,Yizheng People′s Hospital from March to November 2021 were randomly divided into groups according to the digital table method.36 patients who received bolus injection of sodium chloride solution at a flow rate of 4.0 mL/s were selected into the control group,and 36 patients who received a bolus injection of sodium chloride solution at a flow rate of 5.5 mL/s were selected into the observation group.The CTA image clarity of the patients was compared,the contrast difference between the blood vessels and surrounding structures of the patients was evaluated,and the adverse reactions after the examination were observed.Results The average CTA image clarity score of the observation group was(4.52±0.11)points,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The contrast of blood vessels and surrounding structures in the observation group was(4.26±0.23)points,which was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.029,P<0.05).After the examination in the observation group,there were 3 patients with drug exudation,pain at the injection site,and renal function damage,and the incidence was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with head and neck CTA examination,the bolus injection of the 5.5 m L/s flow rate scheme can effectively improve the image quality of patients without affecting the safety of patient examinations.
