经阴道彩色多普勒超声对卵巢巧克力囊肿与盆腔炎性囊肿的诊断鉴别作用

The Role of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis and Differentiation of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst and Pelvic Inflammatory Cyst

目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对卵巢巧克力囊肿与盆腔炎性囊肿的诊断鉴别作用。方法 选取2019年4月—2021年5月深圳市福田区第二人民医院收治的44例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为A组、44例盆腔炎性囊肿患者为B组,两组均行经阴道超声检查(transvaginal ultrasonography,TVS),对两组超声特征进行比较。结果 A组弱回声信号占比为75.00%,较B组47.73%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.902,P<0.05)。A组EDV(22.98±3.45)cm/s、PSV(7.84±1.39)cm/s、RI(0.61±0.11)各超声参数与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=13.256、14.538、6.345,P<0.05)。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿与盆腔炎性囊肿中鉴别诊断价值较高,可为诊断疾病及后续治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective To investigate the role of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differentiation of ovarian chocolate cysts and pelvic inflammatory cysts. Methods A total of 44 patients with ovarian chocolate cysts who were admitted to the Second People′s Hospital, Futian District of Shenzhen City from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as group A, and 44 patients with pelvic inflammatory cysts were selected as group B. Both groups underwent transvaginal ultrasonography(TVS), and the ultrasonographic characteristics of the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of weak echo signals in group A was 75.00%, which was higher than 47.73% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.902, P<0.05). Compared with group B, the ultrasonic parameters of EDV(22.98±3.45) cm/s,PSV(7.84±1.39) cm/s, RI(0.61±0.11) of group B were significantly different, the difference was statistically significant(t=13.256, 14.538,6.345, P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has a high value in the differential diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst and pelvic inflammatory cyst, and can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and follow-up treatment.
