分析缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗剖宫产术中、术后出血的临床价值

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Oxytocin Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Bleeding during and after Cesarean Section

目的分析缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗剖宫产术中、术后出血的临床价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年7月在成武东大中医医院进行剖宫产出血治疗的70例患者,随机分为两组,各35例,对照组采取宫体注射及滴注缩宫素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,还指导产妇舌下含服或经直肠置入米索前列醇治疗。评估两组治疗效果。结果观察组术后出血量及出血率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组止血时间(18.8±2.0)min较对照组(26.5±2.7)min短,差异有统计学意义(t=13.557,P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应总发生率(11.4%)与对照组(8.6%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术中采取缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗,止血效果显著,安全性高,可获得较好的预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding during and after cesarean section.Methods 70 patients treated by cesarean section in Chengwu Dongda Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received uterine injection and instillation of oxytocin,the observation group instructed puerperae to take sublingual or transrectal misoprostol for treatment On a control group basis.Evaluated treatment effects between the two groups.Results The postoperative bleeding volume and bleeding rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostatic time of the observation group(18.8±2.0)min was shorter than that of the control group(26.5±2.7)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.557,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(11.4%)was compared with the control group(8.6%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol in cesarean section has significant hemostatic effect,high safety,and good prognosis.
