超声与钼靶X线检查对早期乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值对比

Comparison of the Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography and Mammography in Early Breast Tumors

目的对比超声与钼靶X线检查对早期乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选择2020年5月—2021年6月滕州市中心人民医院影像科就诊的100例早期乳腺肿瘤患者,对患者分别采用超声和钼靶X线检查。比较两种检查方式的诊断率、灵敏度、准确度及影像表现。结果经过病理检查可知,75例为浸润性导管癌患者,13例为乳头状导管癌患者,8例为腺癌患者,1例为转移性肉瘤患者,3例为分叶状囊肉瘤患者,超声检查诊断率(86%)和钼靶X线检查诊断率(72%)对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.039,P=0.037);超声检查的灵敏度、准确度均高于钼靶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声影像表现表现为蟹足样,肿块内部出现低回声;钼靶X线检查直接征象表现为放射变化,内部存在沙泥样,间接征象表现出漏斗征象、厚皮征以及塔尖征。结论对于早期乳腺肿瘤患者而言,超声以及与钼靶X线检查均具有一定的特征,超声可将诊断正确率提升,因此可为临床治疗提供可靠数据。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and mammography in early breast tumors.Methods A total of 100 pa⁃tients with early breast tumors who were treated in the imaging department of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected.Ultrasound and mammography were used for the patients.The diagnostic rate,sensitivity,accuracy and imaging perfor⁃mance of the two examination methods were compared.Results Pathological examination revealed,75 patients with invasive ductal carci⁃noma,13 patients with papillary ductal carcinoma,8 patients with adenocarcinoma,1 patient with metastatic sarcoma,and 3 patients with lobulated cystosarcoma.Comparison of the diagnostic rate of ultrasonography(86%)and the diagnostic rate of mammography(72%),the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.039,P=0.037).After ultrasonography,its sensitivity and accuracy were higher than those of mammog⁃raphy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ultrasound imaging showed a crab-like appearance with hypoechoic inside the mass.The direct signs of mammography are radiological changes and the presence of sand and mud inside,and the indirect signs are funnel sign,pachyderm sign and spire sign.Conclusion Ultrasound and mammography have certain characteristics for patients with early breast tu⁃mors.Ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy,so it can provide reliable data for clinical treatment.
