益心舒胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效及对红细胞分布宽度、总胆红素、平均血小板体积的影响分析

Efficacy of Yixinshu Capsule Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Red Blood Cell Distribution Width,Total Bilirubin and Mean Platelet Volume

目的探讨分析对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者采用益心舒胶囊联合西药进行治疗的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年8月期间晋城市人民医院收治的84例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,按照患者的就诊先后顺序分为两组,甲组42例,采用常规西药治疗,乙组42例,甲组基础上联合益心舒胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果乙组治疗有效率(95.24%)高于甲组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P=0.013);乙组的红细胞分布宽度、平均血小板体积及总胆红素水平均优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.330、2.291、10.441,P<0.05);乙组心绞痛每周发作次数及持续时间均少于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.961、4.814,P<0.05);乙组各项血脂指标均优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.929、5.499、5.185,P<0.05)。结论对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者采用益心舒胶囊联合西药进行治疗的效果十分理想,可以在临床大力推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Yixinshu capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in Jincheng People's Hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.42 patients in group A were treated with conventional western medicine,and 42 patients in group B were treated with Yixinshu cap⁃sule on the basis of group A.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in group B was 95.24%higher than that in group A,76.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P=0.013).The red blood cell distribu⁃tion width,mean platelet volume and total bilirubin level of group B were better than those of group A,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(t=18.330,2.291,10.441,P<0.05);the weekly attack times and duration of angina pectoris in group B were less than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.961,4.814,P<0.05);all blood lipid indexes in group B were better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.929,5.499,5.185,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yixinshu capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is very satisfactory,and it can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
