阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑药物治疗在小儿胃炎中的应用

Application of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Combined with Tinidazole in the Treatment of Children with Gastritis

目的探究阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑药物治疗在小儿胃炎中的应用。方法选取新泰市人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的64例小儿胃炎患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签分组方法分为对照组(32例)与观察组(32例)。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾药物治疗方法,观察组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑药物治疗方法。比较两组生活质量、症状改善时间、治疗效果。结果观察组患儿生活质量评分高于对照组,患儿症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗效果96.88%优于对照组78.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.655,P<0.05)。结论患儿给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑药物治疗,能有效改善患儿生活质量,缩短患儿症状改善时间,提升患儿治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application of amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium combined with tinidazole in the treatment of children with gastritis. Methods A total of 64 children with gastritis admitted to Xintai People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group(32 cases) and the observation group(32 cases) according to the method of drawing lots. The control group was treated with amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium, and the observation group was treated with amoxicillinclavulanate potassium combined with tinidazole. The quality of life, symptom improvement time and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life score of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement time of the symptoms of the children in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was 96.88% better than that of the control group 78.13%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.655, P<0.05). Conclusions Amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium combined with tinidazole drug therapy for children can effectively improve the quality of life of children, shorten the time for symptom improvement in children, and improve the therapeutic effect of children.
