兰州鲇肠道细菌组成、产酶能力及生长特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为获得兰州鲇肠道细菌组成及其特性,从健康的兰州鲇肠道中分离出31株菌株,通过16S rRNA基因序列确定其种属,同时对菌株产酶能力及其生长特性进行研究。结果显示:兰州鲇肠道细菌主要归属于气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)、黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)与金黄杆菌属(Chryseobacterium);其中有10株菌株同时分泌淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶,产酶能力较强的菌株H1、H2、H3、H4最适生长温度范围在24℃~32℃、最佳接种量范围在6%~10%、最适pH值范围6~8、最佳盐度范围在0.6%~0.8%、生长曲线在38 h以后进入稳定期。本研究可为兰州鲇肠道细菌资源的开发应用提供参考。 In order to obtain the composition and characteristics of the intestinal bacteria from Silurus lanzhouensis.In this study,31 strains were isolated from healthy Silurus lanzhouensis intestines,and their species were determined by the 16S rRNA gene sequence.At the same time,the enzyme production capacity and growth characteristics of the strains were studied.The results showed that the intestinal bacteria of Silurus lanzhouensis mainly belonged to Aeromonas,Flavobacterium and Chryseobacterium.Ten strains secreted amylase,protease and lipase,the H1,H2,H3 and H4 strains with strong enzyme production capacity,the optimal growth temperature range was 24℃~32℃,the optimal inoculation volume range was 6%~10%,the optimal pH value range was 6~8,the optimal salinity range was 0.6%~0.8%,and the growth curve presented a stable period after 38 h.This study provides basic data for the development and application of intestinal bacteria in Silurus lanzhouensis.
