基于学生综合能力提升的TiO_(2)粉体制备实验改良 被引量:1

摘要 材料学科是实践性非常强的学科,实验教学在学科中占有重要的地位。科学的实验设计及创新的实验内容,更有利于培养学生分析归纳及实践创新能力。溶胶凝胶法设备简单、易掺杂,是制备纳米材料的常用方法之一。针对“照方抓药”式实验教学的弊端,以溶胶凝胶法制备TiO_(2)粉体实验教学为例,通过学生自行设计的方案,及教师对方案的改良组合开展不同条件的实验,采用XRD、SEM技术对制备粉体的物相、形貌进行了表征分析。通过实验改良设计的探索,促进学生综合能力的提升,进而为其它课程的实验教学改革提供参考。 Materials science is a discipline with strong practicality,and experimental teaching plays a very important role in the subject.Generally,scientific experimental designs and innovative experimental process are crucial,which are beneficial to improve students capacities of analysis and practical innovation.This work is based on the preparation of TiO_(2)powders by sol-gel method to conduct the related experimental teaching.During the whole teaching process,students conduct all experiments under different conditions according to the experimental programs that designed and improved by themselves and teachers,respectively.Furthermore,the crystal structure and morphology of as-prepared powders are characterized by XRD and SEM,respectively.Through the exploration of this work,the students practical innovation abilities could be improved and it can provide references for the experimental teaching reform of other courses.
