摘要 为提升学生理论联系实际的能力,研制了一套基于PLC和触摸屏的便携式电机控制实验台,通过AD转换模块、控制按钮、指示灯和各类驱动模块等元器件对步进电机进行调速、寸动、点动和回零等控制,对直流电机进行启动、调速、测速等控制,直流电机的转动圈数通过指示灯变换指示。此外,可以通过触摸屏实现相同功能的控制和显示。该实验台的结构简单,便于携带,既可作为教师授课的演示教具,也可作为学生的实验平台,可有效地提升课程和实验的教学效果。 A portable motor control experimental platform based on PLC and touch screen is developed in order to improve students’ ability of linking theory with practice. The starting, regulation, indicating and velocity measurement of stepper motor and DC motor are realized by different electrical components such as AD conversion module, control buttons, indicator lights and various driving modules etc. The same control function can be achieved by the touch screen. The experimental platform is simple in structure and easy to carry. It can be used not only as a demonstration teaching tool for teachers, but also an experimental platform for students, and effectively improve the teaching effect of course and experiments.
