面向高校探索性实验室的多级协同安全管理体系

Multi-level collaborative security management system for exploratory laboratories in universities

为创新中国西部科技创新港高校实验室安全管理模式,在现有实验室管理模式的基础上,结合创新港科研高地的定位和特点,从实验室级、研究院级、学校创新港管理中心级三个层面的安全管理着手,通过协同各层级之间的衔接关系,理顺各层级之间的职责权限,构建“实验室—研究院—学校创新港管理中心”三级协同安全管理体系,提出各子级承担的主要职责和任务,明确各子级间的协同关系,实现高校实验室的安全管理。研究成果对于类似科研实验室的安全管理工作也有借鉴意义。

For innovation Western China Science&Technology Innovation Harbour laboratory safety management mode,three levels of safety management are researched in the field of laboratory,research institute and management center of Harbour.It is based on the existing laboratory management mode,combined with Harbour scientific research orientation and characteristics of highland.The triple synergy and safety management system of“Lab-Institute-Management center of Harbour”is built through collaboration between all levels of cohesion ties,straighten out the responsibility and authority.The main responsibilities and tasks of each level are undertaken.The safety management of laboratory is realized in colleges and universities.The research results are also useful for the safety management of similar research laboratories.
