高校实验教学事故频繁发生,为高校实验教学安全管理敲响了警钟,所以建构完善的实验教学安全管理体系,减少实验教学事故发生,不仅是形势所迫,也是社会对高校的要求和高校必须承担的责任。在新时代教育改革背景下完善的实验教学安全管理体系所包含的内容,不应该仅仅限定在实验室范围内,还应该包含实验教师的专业化和专任化管理,实验教学的管理,制度化管理和实验教师的职业道德素养管理。

The frequent occurrence of experimental teaching accidents in colleges and universities has sounded the alarm bell for the safety management of experimental teaching in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is not only the situation that forces the construction of a perfect safety management system of experimental teaching and reduce the occurrence of experimental teaching accidents,but also the social requirements of colleges and universities and the responsibilities that colleges and universities must bear.Under the background of education reform in the new era,the content of the perfect experimental teaching safety management system should not only be limited to the scope of the laboratory,but also include the professional and professional management of experimental teachers,the management of experimental teaching,the institutionalized management and the management of professional ethics of experimental teachers.
