中文纳入南非国民教育体系的现状、动因、挑战与对策

The Integration of Chinese into the South African National Education System:Status Quo,Motivation,Challenges and Optimization Strategy

中文纳入海外各国国民教育体系,是国际中文教育步入本土化高质量发展阶段的重要标志。南非是非洲区域中文教学发展较迅速的国家之一。目前,中文已纳入南非基础教育阶段的课程体系和高考体系。中南全面战略伙伴关系、互利共赢的经贸合作、高级别人文交流机制和积极的语言教育政策是中文纳入南非国民教育体系的重要驱动因素。当前,中文纳入南非国民教育体系面临各阶段中文教学发展不平衡、课程体系科学性不足、当地中文教师紧缺和教学资源配置亟待优化等挑战。基于此,提出促进各阶段中文教学均衡发展、完善中文课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、优化教学资源配置和充分发挥孔子学院/孔子课堂助力作用等对策,以期推动中文纳入南非国民教育体系的纵深发展。

The integration of Chinese into the national education system of overseas countries is an important sign that International Chinese Education has stepped into the stage of localization and high-quality development.South Africa is one of the countries with a relatively rapid development of teaching Chinese language in the African region.Presently,Chinese has been integrated into the curriculum system and examination system of the basic education stage in South Africa.Comprehensive strategic partnership between China and South Africa,mutually beneficial and win-win economic and trade cooperation,high-level people-to-people exchange mechanisms and active language education policies are the key driving factors for the Chinese integration into the South African national education system.Currently,Chinese integration into the South African national education system faces challenges such as unbalanced development of Chinese teaching at all stages,the lack of scientific curriculum system,the shortage of Chinese teachers and the allocation of teaching resources to be optimized.Based on this,this paper proposes to promote the balanced development of Chinese teaching at all stages,improve the curriculum system of Chinese,strengthen the construction of the teaching team,optimize the allocation of teaching resources,and give full play to the role of Confucius Institutes/Confucius Classrooms,etc.,in order to promote the in-depth development of Chinese into the South African national education system.
