警察职业使命感对幸福感的影响机理:兼论心理资本的中介作用与被信任感的调节作用

Mechanism of police's professional mission's influencing sense of happines:Also on the mediating effect of psychological capital and the moderating effect of sense of trust

目的:探讨警察职业使命感对幸福感的影响机理以及警察心理资本的中介作用和被信任感的调节作用。方法:采用职业使命感量表、本土心理资本量表、被信任感量表和警察幸福感量表对福建省漳州市777名警察进行问卷调查。结果:①警察职业使命感可以显著地正向预测幸福感(β=1.52,P<0.01);②警察被信任感可以显著地正向预测幸福感(β=0.414,P<0.001);③心理资本在警察职业使命感与幸福感之间存在部分中介作用;④被信任感正向影响职业使命感与心理资本之间关系,但并不影响职业使命感与幸福感之间关系。结论:警察职业使命感和被信任感都会直接影响其幸福感。警察职业使命感会影响其心理资本的形成,且被信任感可以有效促进此过程,进而影响警察幸福感。

Objective:To explore the mechanism of police professional mission on happiness and the mediating role of police psychological capital and the moderating role of being trusted.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 777police officers in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province using the Occupational Mission Scale,the Native Psychological Capital Scale,the Trusted Sense Scale and the Police Happiness Scale.Results:①Police's professional sense of mission could significantly positively predict happiness(β=1.52,P<0.01);②Police's sense of trust could significantly positively predict well-being(β=0.414,P<0.001);③The psychological capital played a mediating role between police's sense of professional mission and well-being.④The sense of trust positively affected the relationship between professional mission and psychological capital,but did not affect the relationship between professional mission and happiness.Conclusion:Both the police's sense of professional mission and the sense of being trusted will directly affect their sense of happiness.The police's sense of professional mission will affect the formation of their psychological capital,and the sense of being trusted can effectively promote this process,which in turn affects the police's sense of happiness.
