Latent profile analysis and related factors of social anxiety among college students

摘要 目的:考察大学生社交焦虑的潜在类别及其影响因素。方法:整群抽取2098名在校大学生,采用大学生社交焦虑、核心自我评价等问卷进行测量,并对其社交焦虑的特征进行潜在剖面分析,采取多项式logistics回归探究大学生社交焦虑潜在类别的影响因素。结果:大学生社交焦虑存在显著的群体异质性,分为低社交焦虑型、中度社交焦虑型与高社交焦虑型(AIC=127312.910,BIC=128332.421,aBIC=127977.780,Entropy=0.920,LMR(p)<0.001,BLRT(p)<0.001)。多项式logistics回归发现,相较于低社交焦虑型,大学生的核心自我评价每升高一个单位,其属于中度社交焦虑型的发生比会降低10%(OR=0.90,P<0.001),属于高社交焦虑型的发生比会降低13%(OR=0.87,P<0.001),中度社交焦虑型中女大学生(OR=1.29,P<0.001)、独生子女(OR=1.52,P<0.001)的比例更高,高社交焦虑型中来自农村(OR=1.58,P<0.001)的大学生比例更高。结论:大学生社交焦虑存在显著的群体异质性,可根据大学生的核心自我评价、性别、生源地等特点,有针对性的开展预防与干预措施。 Objective:To investigate the potential categories and influencing factors of college students'social anxiety.Methods:A total of 2098college students were conveniently selected,and their social anxiety and core self-evaluation was measured by questionnaire,and their latent profile was analyzed.Polynomial logistics regression was adopted to explore the influencing factors of college students'social anxiety.Results:There was obvious heterogeneity in college students'social anxiety,which was divided into low social anxiety type,mixed social anxiety type and high social anxiety type(AIC=127312.910,BIC=128332.421,aBIC=127977.780,Entropy=0.920,LMR(p)<0.001,BLRT(p)<0.001).Polynomial logistics regression found that compared with low social anxiety type(C1),when the core self-evaluation of college students increased by one unit,the incidence rate of moderate social anxiety type would decreased by 10%(OR=0.90,P<0.001),and the incidence rate of high social anxiety type would decreased by 13%(OR=0.87,P<0.001),the proportion of female college students(OR=1.29,P<0.001)and only child(OR=1.52,P<0.001)in moderate social anxiety type was higher,and the proportion of rural students in high social anxiety type(OR=1.58,P<0.001)was higher.Conclusion:There is significant group heterogeneity in college students'social anxiety.According to the characteristics of college students'gender,origin,core self-evaluation,etc.,prevention and intervention measures can be carried out.
