中医药在直肠癌术后肠道反应中的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Postoperative Intestinal Reaction of Rectal Cancer

中医药在治疗直肠癌方面的研究众多,从预防直肠癌术后复发转移、抗直肠癌侵袭以及不同阶段直肠癌预后的研究都肯定了中医药在治疗直肠癌中的应用价值。中医以其“简、验、便、廉”的特点逐渐被越来越多的患者所接受。目前临床上对于直肠癌的治疗多以减轻患者肠道反应、预防复发转移为研究方向,提出了多种针对性解决措施,采用中医辨证治疗原则,能够进一步提高中医药治疗的临床疗效和应用价值。

There are many studies on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rectal cancer.The application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rectal cancer is affirmed from the prevention of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of rectal cancer,the anti invasion of rectal cancer and the prognosis of rectal cancer at different stages.Traditional Chinese medicine is gradually accepted by more and more patients because of its"simplicity,experience,convenience and cheapness".At present,the clinical treatment of rectal cancer is mostly focused on reducing patients’intestinal reaction and preventing recurrence and metastasis.A variety of targeted solutions are proposed,and the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment can further improve the clinical efficacy and application value of TCM treatment.
