基于五脏辨治肾性贫血理论

Discussion on Theory of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Renal Anemia from Five Zang-Organs

肾性贫血是慢性肾功能衰竭患者疾病发展过程中最常见的并发症之一,主要表现为由促红细胞生成素合成减少而引起的一系列贫血症状。病变脏腑与心肝脾肺肾五脏均相关,心主生血、主行血,与血液的生成和运行息息相关;肝主疏泄,促进血液的运行和输布,贮藏血液,调节血量,防止出血;脾主运化、主统血,为血液的化生提供原材料,并统摄血液不溢于脉外;肺朝百脉,主治节,助心行血,推动血液的运行;肾主藏精,主骨生髓,精髓为化生血液的基本物质之一,为血液化生提供原材料。故在诊治肾性贫血时,从五脏入手,准确辨别病变脏腑以及相关证型,采取适当的中医药治疗,当起事半功倍之效。

Renal anemia is one of the most common complications in the development of chronic renal failure patients,and mainly manifested as a series of anemia symptoms caused by the reduction of erythropoietin synthesis.It is related to liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney.The heart governs the production and circulation of blood and is closely related to the production and running of blood.The liver governs dredging,promotes blood circulation and transportation,stores blood,regulates blood volume and prevents bleeding.The spleen governs transportation and transformation,controls blood,provides raw materials for blood,and controls blood to not spill out of the veins.The lung is a convergence of all the vessels and governs the regulation of qi,helps the heart to move blood and promotes the movement of blood.The kidney stores the essence which is stored in the bones to produce marrow.Kidney essence is one of the basic substances of blood and provides raw materials for blood.Therefore,in the diagnosis and treatment of renal anemia,we should start with the five Zang-organs,accurately identify the diseased Zang-organs and related syndrome types,and take appropriate traditional Chinese medicine treatment,which will be twice the result with half the effort.
